DAMAGES: Is the dollar amount awarded by the courts to be paid by the losing party in a civil case tried in a court of law. There are several types of damages that can be awarded.
GENERAL DAMAGES: Represent the types of damages that can’t easily be assigned a monetary value, they include payment for non-financial damages, such as pain and suffering, and emotional trauma.
LEGAL COSTS: Paid by the person(s) or organination(s) that lose the civil case.
PUNITIVE DAMAGES: Is the legal recompense that the party found guilty of committing a wrong or tort or offense, is ordered to pay on top of compensatory damages. They are awarded by a court of law not to compensate the injured party but to punish the losing party whose conduct is considered grossly negligent or intentional.
INTENTIONAL – DONE ON PURPOSE – DELIBERATE: The evidence that is in the possession of Grace Nelson, Roger Nelson and John Kelly, overwhelmingly shows that the Defendants in these matters acted in a grossly deliberate, intentional, and purposeful manner when committing their crooked, corrupt, and criminal acts, throughout these matters. The punitive damages alone, that will be awarded by a court to the Nelsons and Kelly, when these matters go to trial, will be very, very substantial.
